Workout Tuesday #3

I'm completely blasted, overrun by lectures, catching up for the most part.
I don't think I've ever missed so many lectures in a semester that it'd be this bad.

It's late, but better late than never.

So here's the workout for this Tuesday.
Have at it...



15 Burpees
15 Med Ball/Dead Ball Slams
5 Rounds.

Deadlifts
Overhead Press
Squats
Dips
Pull-Ups
10 Reps, 2x 10 minute rounds.

Finisher:
Tyre Flips.
2 Two Minute Rounds.

Like I said, I'm completely blasted.
